Dulce Cream Roll Recipe

The dulce de leche roll is a sweet roll that rarely disappoints, so it's perfect for birthday parties and family gatherings. Don't know how to do it? Ingredients for making dulce de leche rolls:

 5 egg units

 ½ cup of wheat flour (70 grams)

 ½ cup of sugar (80 grams)

 1 coffee spoon of vanilla essence

 1 cup of dulce de leche

 icing sugar to sprinkle

How to make dulce de leche rolls:

To prepare this delicious dessert, start by separating the whites from the yolks, and beat the whites in snow until they are firm and forming peaks (as in the photo). Incorporate the yolks one by one, while gently covering with a spatula.

Add the sifted flour, sugar and vanilla, and fold carefully so that the egg whites do not lose volume. When everything is well incorporated, spread this sponge dough in a rectangular pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 15 minutes. When ready, remove and unmold with parchment paper onto a dish towel. To prevent it from breaking, wrap the cake with the parchment paper still attached, and let it cool.

To finish the preparation of the dulce de leche roll, unroll the cake, spread the dulce de leche over it and roll it up again, this time without the paper. Serve it sprinkled with icing sugar, and let us know what you think. Enjoy yourself!

Tip: If you want smaller rolls, cut the cake into 2, 3 or 4 pieces after unrolling and before filling.
